From Barcode Scan to Searchable Video
Ordivue fits into the existing barcode workflow without requiring operators to manually name or organize video files.

Scan the Order ID
The operator scans a valid Order ID using a USB barcode scanner.

Start Recording
Ordivue Station automatically starts an order-linked recording session.

Scan Order Items
Each scanned item barcode is added to the active order with a timestamp.

Attach Metadata
Order ID, item barcodes, timestamps, station information, and event data are linked with the video clip.

Upload Securely
The completed clip and its metadata are uploaded to Ordivue Server.

Search and Playback
Authorized users search by Order ID or item barcode and open the matching recording.
